Abstract
Promotion of a recycling-oriented society is one of the most important issues in Japan. So, taking measures against massive amount of resource consumption and waste generation is necessary in building construction sector. We focused on multiple dwelling houses, which are massively constructed in urban areas. Supply of high quality and long-lived multiple dwelling houses would be important for a sustainable society. From this viewpoint, we assumed several measures, which support resource sustainability of urban-typed high-rise apartment buildings, and assessed their effects quantitatively.
