Abstract

The article considers the problem of using situational tasks in the system of professional development of teachers of higher educational institutions of medical and pharmaceutical profile. The essence of the method of analysis of situational tasks, based on which is the description of existing events, containing the contradictions, is described. The following types of situational tasks are considered, such as situation-illustrations, situation-problems, situation-tasks, etc. The theoretical and practical aspects of the application of situational problems in practical exercises are determined. The importance of using situations to increase the level of professional competence, further self-improvement and self-development, the formation of a communication culture, the possession of methods of pedagogical influence, self-control and self-regulation, development of professionally important qualities of teachers of higher pharmaceutical and medical schools with the purpose of creatively solving the problems of pedagogical interaction and influence on the level quality training of graduates of pharmaceutical and medical universities.
