Abstract

When creating a new hydrovolumetric-mechanical transmission developers face a number of difficult issues: the choice of optimal structural chart, determination of necessary parameters of hydrovolumetric transmission and many others. The article studies the influence of volume of a hydromotor on the main parameters of hydrovolumetric and mechanical transmissions, working according to the chart at the input. The article presents the kinematic charts of hydrovolumetric-mechanical transmissions with different connections of mechanical and hydraulic branches with links of the planetary train (with a sun gear, a crown gear, and a drove). We have defined the kinematic, force and energy parameters of the transmissions, efficiency of the hydrovolumetric transmission and transmission in general at different volumes of the hydromotor. The analysis of the hydrovolumetric-mechanical transmission with the differential at the input showed: the reviewed hydrovolumetric-mechanical transmissions with unregulated hydromotor (whether the maximum hydraulic capacity is 130 cm 3 or 250 cm 3 ), according to all parameters (efficiency , engine power, pressure drop), yield to similar hydrovolumetric-mechanical transmissions with adjustable hydromotor. When using hydromotor with the maximum volume of 250 cm 3 instead of 130 cm 3 , we have observed, depending on the circuit, the reduction of the maximum value of the pressure drop at 1.18 - 20, 53%, of the maximum value of efficiency at 0.35 - 3.16%, of the maximum angular velocity of the shaft of the hydromotor at 17.38 - 38.92%, and the increase of the maximum engine power at 0.77 - 4.12%. Other parameters have not undergone significant changes (the maximum angular velocity of satellites, the maximum angular velocity of the shaft of the hydromotor)
