Abstract

The presented work explores the concept of responsible and competent upbringing of a child as a family-legal value, analyzes the issues of legal regulation of the problems parents face when raising a child in the digital world. Special attention is paid to the norms of legislation regulating the use of digital technologies in educational processes and in the family environment, as well as their compliance with the concept of family legal values. Proposals are made on improvement of legislation and development of new legal mechanisms that promote responsible and competent upbringing of a child when the child uses digital technologies, corresponding to the concept of family-legal values.
