МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ФАКТОРІВ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИСТИЧНО-РЕКРЕАЦІЙНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

In work the carried out modeling of the sustainability development factors of tourist-recreational branch ofUkraineand carried out development of effective mechanisms management of branch development. Is established, that the internal tourist flow inUkraineis formed under influence of the prices on recreational services, including service of rest, culture, hotels and restaurants. The tourist flow of the tourists - citizens ofUkraineleaving abroad, is formed under influence of a level of the incomes the population and dynamics of a currency rate. Is proved, that the internal flows of the tourists inUkraineand tourists - citizens ofUkraineleaving abroad, have opposite dynamics, that has given the bases to make a conclusion about limitation of a circle of persons created these flows. Namely to assume, that inUkrainevolume of a tourist flow remains practically constant concerning the persons his forming. Is established cyclical of the investigated tourist flows with different duration. So the duration of a cycle of internal flows of the tourists makes 4 years; the tourists - citizens ofUkraine, which 2 years left abroad; the foreign tourists - 3-4 years. So, factors of influence on increase of a level of economic safety and steady development of tourist branch of Ukraine it is possible to offer such: the prices for services of rest, culture, restaurants and hotels in internal tourist environment; a level of the incomes the population and currency rate for external tourist flows; quantity, quality and level of excursion service, as a source of added cost and, as a consequence, additional incomes of the foreign tourists coming in Ukraine; an opportunity of a finance administration cyclical of tourist flows in Ukraine; efficiency of state politics of increase of a level of the incomes the population of Ukraine, with the purpose of a possibility of increase of quantity of the persons forming a tourist flow in Ukraine.
