Abstract

The article notes that the organization of an effective management system for a healthcare organization cannot do without the use of carefully developed mechanisms of material incentives. It should encourage staff to do their best work, not just the administrative directives of management. The system of material incentives should be based on algorithms for objective assessment of the work of the personnel of the healthcare organization, which requires the development of numerical indicators. This article focuses on the performance of clinical units. The means of the Interin medical information system is used. The features of the activities of the V. A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology are briefly presented. Goals and objectives are discussed. The basic concepts of the subsystem for calculating the rating of clinical units are introduced. 34 indicators of clinical units, grouped into 5 sections, are described. The specifics of the implementation of the HIS Interin rating calculation subsystem are described. Conclusion presents the stages of the project to create a subsystem of information support for material incentives.
