Abstract

Information-measuring system (IMS) for obsolete equipment gas transportation company is an alternative implementation of the automated process control system (APCS) for two reasons: reconstruction of stations in full requires a significant investment, and the creation of modern process control systems for plants with outdated equipment is ineffective. Mathematical, algorithmic and software - the basic components of IIS to define the technical condition of the gas transportation company. The main problem posed in writing the article - to show the role played by these components in the development and future operation of the system. Multifunctional IMS GTR has several features. One of the features lies in the fact that it comprises a plurality of interconnected devices. The article presents a generalized block diagram of developed system. The main carriers of information about the values of the measured process values are input signals from sensors, which are located on the main and auxiliary controlled facilities. Use as a part of IMS processor means requires discrete and digital representations of these signals. In this connection, calculating the duration of the article provides an analog -to-digital conversion on a single measurement channel, which should be used when designing multifunctional IMS GTR. The main objective of the system - definition of values of parameters of the process, which is a direct measurement is not possible. As a logical outcome, the article presents the developed method for determining the technical state of gas-pumping unit, multifunction implemented IMS GTR.
