Abstract

Introduction. The problem of the formation of an informational and analytical basis for making efficient decisions at any level of government is particularly relevant at the present stage of development of Ukraine, especially in the defense and military. An efficient and high-quality system of informational and analytical support for government bodies, including the military, is an integral part of the successful functioning of the management system..Purpose. Substantiation of the methodological principles for the training of national analytical and information support personnel of the Armed Forces of in the context of a higher military educational institution.Methods. Methods, induction, deduction, classification, systematization and comparative analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of professional training of military specialists.Results. The development of information and analytical support for the successful functioning of the military administration bodies, as one of the important areas of informatization of society, is chaotic, without a well-balanced state strategy.Originality. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the requirements of these approaches, a system of specific didactic principles is defined. In our opinion, the high result of the development of professional competence of officers of informational and analytical support is possible provided that such specific principles are implemented: modeling, systematic and consistent, cultural compatibility, problem-solving and military-professional content of training.Conclusion. Effective information and analytical support is possible only in the presence of personnel trained both professionally and capable of conducting analytical work at its own level, which in principle is not possible without the systematic formation of the professional competence of the military specialists concerned. Areas of improvement of the information-analytical support of military management in Ukraine are proposed on the grounds of compliance with the existing problems, which will allow determining the preconditions for increasing the efficiency of information and analytical support of military management bodies.
