التَّوَافق الجسدی وعلاقته بالتوجُّه نحو المستقبل من وجهة نظر طالبات جامعة الأمیر سطام بن عبد العزیز بالمملکة العربیة السعودیة

Abstract

هدف البحث الحالی إلى التعرف على ما مستویات رضا طالبات جامعة الأمیر سطام بن عبد العزیز عن توافقهن الجسدی، ومستویات التوجه نحو المستقبل لدیهن، والکشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطیة بین التوافق الجسدی والتوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طالبات جامعة الأمیر سطام بن عبد العزیز، واشتملت عینة البحث على (80) طالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی والارتباطی کمنهج للدراسة، کما استعانت بمقیاسی (التوافق الجسدی – التوجه نحو المستقبل) کأدوات للدراسة، وقد توصل البحث للعدید من النتائج أهمها: أن مستویات رضا طالبات جامعة الأمیر سطام بن عبد العزیز عن توافقهن الجسدی جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن مستویات توجه طالبات جامعة الأمیر سطام بن عبد العزیز نحو المستقبل جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطیة موجبة بین الأبعاد والدرجة الکلیة لمقیاس التوافق الجسدی، مع مقیاس التوجه نحو المستقبل ، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة فی آراء أفراد عینة البحث حول أبعاد مقیاس التوافق الجسدی ومقیاس التوجه نحو المستقبل ککل وفقا لمتغیرات (التخصص الدراسی – المستوى الدراسی)، وتوصی الباحثة بالعدید من التوصیات من أهمها: ضرورة زیادة نشر ثقافة التوجه الإیجابی نحو المستقبل بین فئات طلاب الجامعة؛ وذلک لضمان توافر جیل قادر على قیادة رشیدة فی المملکة، مع الارتقاء بها، ولضرورة تقدیم برامج غذائیة مناسبة من خلال وسائل الإعلام، والتواصل الاجتماعی بهدف تحسین صورة الجسم لدى الطالبات فی المراحل التعلیمیة العلیا. The present research to identify the satisfaction levels of female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility, and the levels of their orientation towards the future, and reveal the correlation between physical compatibility and orientation towards the future of the female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University. The study sample included (80) female students; the researcher used the The analytical and correlational approach as the study approach, and utilized the scales of (physical compatibility – orientation towards the future) as study tools. The study reached several results, the most important among which are: the satisfaction levels of female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility were (moderate); the levels of orientation towards the future female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility were (moderate); There is a positive correlation between the dimensions and the total score of the Physical Compatibility Scale on one hand and those of the Future Orientation Scale on the other.; and there are no statistically significant differences in the opinion of the study sample about the dimensions of the physical compatibility scale and the orientation-towards-the-future scale according to the (physical compatibility – academic level) variables. The researcher proposes several recommendations, the most important among which are: the need to increased dissemination of the culture of positive orientation towards the future among university students to ensure a generation capable of leading and advancement of the Kingdom; and the need to provide proper nutritional programs in media and social media to improve the body image at female students in higher education stages.
