As a result, four factors, which are qualification of educational trainer, attitude of trainees, training facility, and contents of the training, were found as factors for educational training for flight attendants. In addition, attitude of trainees and contents of the training were the two main factors that affect job satisfaction of flight attendants. On the other hand, four factors proved not to have any influence on job commitment. And, job satisfaction of airline workers is proved to have a great effect on job commitment. This study suggests that airlines, henceforth, should select human resource with high training receptivity and active attitude, and combine it with designing program which helps improve job satisfaction and job commitment of workers.
