Abstract
Some vital issues in Mongolian Speech Culture the original nature of Mongolians is being lost since morality of Mongolians has been worsened and ethics of communication has been degraded, youth has used slangs, rude words everywhere. In order to prevent this, the author suggests to formulate state policy to prohibit using slang and rude words on public media and cultural activities as well as to mollify nations` anger through increasing citizen`s life.
