Abstract

In this paper, optical path lengths of ordinary and extraordinary rays are theoretically derived in consideration of the birefringence effect in the uniaxial crystal of modified conoscopic holography.
The phase difference between the two rays was obtained using the derived optical path lengths, and the intensity of light in the horizontal axis direction of the reconstructed image was obtained using the complex hologram considering the phase difference.
The intensity of light was obtained by changing the radius of the complex hologram, the angle of incidence, the size of the uniaxial crystal, and the wavelength, and based on those results, the resolution of the system was analyzed.
According to Rayleigh
