Abstract

The current awareness of the current state of security of every person leads the society to the urgency of a large-scale task to revise the existing attitude to security issues through the formation of a new mass culture – a culture of security, when every Ukrainian deliberately chooses a certain position, acquires the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of security, in that At the same time, the state creates favorable conditions for its livelihoods, preservation of health and efficiency. The concept of a «culture of security» first appeared in the process of analyzing the causes and consequences of the Chernobyl accident, carried out by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).The analysis of previous studies and publications confirmed the absence of a scientifically substantiated definition of «culture of a mimetic safety» and its further consideration as an object of management.Security must become the highest priority and everyday need of every person throughout his life, the need of each family, every labor collective, of society as a whole, of the state, of all civilization. Therefore, adoption of these norms should be sought by children, their parents, teachers, who in their everyday lives will be reflected in their respective personal settings and values.Awareness of the current state of safety of each person leads the society to the urgency of the ambitious task of revising the existing attitude to security issues through the formation of a new mass culture – a culture of security, when every Ukrainian deliberately chooses a position, acquires the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of security, at the same time the state creates favorable conditions for its livelihoods, preservation of health and efficiency. Therefore, it is clear that the rules and regulations written are not yet a culture of security; these are only external signs of civilization, whereas culture is the level of consciousness of each compatriot and of society as a whole.Based on the analysis of the above-mentioned material, we can talk about the possibility of introducing into the scientific practice a new definition − «the culture of a mimetic safety», namely, a set of rules of conduct of an individual in conditions of being on the territory contaminated with explosive objects, in the discovery of explosive objects, in order to minimize the negative effects of interaction with explosive objects for the physical and mental health of the individual, as well as a system for informing and educating the individual and the population regarding the acquisition knowledge of rules of conduct under these conditions.
