Abstract

This study is an exercise method that combines high-intensity exercise and low-intensity aerobic activity rest that can recycle lactate as an energy source as a subject participating in a crossfit program, a representative high-intensity exercise. The purpose of this study was to quantitatively verify exercise fatigue and exogenous stress due to the rapid increase of lactate, and to use it as a methodological study data to compensate for the shortcomings of high-intensity short-time exercise aimed by modern people. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in the effects of the two groups in reducing exercise fatigue in timing, timing*group, and group, and exogenous stress reduction effect also showed significant difference in timing, timing*group, and group. As a result of analyzing the correlation between exercise fatigue and exogenous stress, it was found that the first measurement, the second measurement, and the third measurement all had significant positive correlations. Therefore, it was found that the combination of active rest has a more positive effect than separation of commonly used active rest in reducing exercise fatigue and exogenous stress caused by high intensity exercise based on the same amount of exercise.
