Abstract

In the article, the authors presented an overview of global trends (technologies, people and skills) influencing the labour market in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the study is to analyse the impact of current trends in the labour market on industrial enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This study aims to identify the critical factors of changes in the requirements for human resources, as well as analyse the adaptation strategies of industrial enterprises to new labour market conditions. To achieve this goal, the article uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as a literature review with analysis of existing studies and expert opinions on the topic to contextualise the study, analysis of statistical data, SWOT analysis, research of statistics of the labour market and industrial enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan to identify trends.
