Abstract

This article aims to explore the research status and characteristics of cross-country skiing teaching and training technology in China and Russia, so as to promote technical exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in this field. First, through comparative analysis, a comparative study was conducted on the development history and characteristics of cross-country skiing projects in China and Russia, and it was found that there is a certain gap in teaching and training technology between the two countries. Secondly, through the method of literature and logical analysis, the commonalities and differences between China and Russia in cross-country skiing teaching and training technology were sorted out and summarized, and the challenges and problems faced were analyzed. Subsequently, strategies and measures for optimizing cross-country skiing teaching and training technology between China and Russia were proposed, including introducing advanced technology, strengthening the construction of the coaching team, and holding technical exchange seminars. Finally, he emphasized the importance of promoting cooperation in cross-country skiing projects between China and Russia and looked forward to future development trends. This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for technical exchanges and cooperation in the field of cross-country skiing between China and Russia, and to lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of cross-country skiing projects in both countries.
