Abstract
This article is the fifth in a series of articles devoted to the application of the methodological apparatus of functional modeling for the study of problems in the field of computer virology. It describes the functional model of the first stage in the implementation of anti-virus protection measures in computer systems - the stage of preventing malicious activity. The results of functional decomposition to the level of functions implemented in the process of executing the procedures of this stage are presented.
