Abstract
The study shows that the Russian state youth policy has an effective impact on the worldview of the younger generation. Young people have the po-tential and ability to develop themselves and socie-ty. Modern Russian youth-policy programs and pro-jects are to develop young people’s personal quali-ties sought by the state and society. Most young people under empirical survey confirm such trends. Promoting values important to the state and society by youth policymakers is indeed an effective way of working with young citizens. The pivotal agents of socialization that shape the worldview of young people are educational institutions which cooperate with government agencies to implement youth policy. These organizations carry out priority youth policies and help develop the proactive attitude, personal qualities, and worldview of young citizens.
