Abstract
Research in conflict discourse specifics shows that one of the vital issues is the role of prosody in conflict communication. Since we regard prosody as a contextualization key, we find it relevant to focus on prosodic markers of open and hidden conflict. This article deals with the results of conflict political discourse acoustic analysis. The research corpus comprises samples of debates in the British Parliament viewed as conflict discourse. At computer-based stage of research we used Speech Analyzer application v. 3.0.1.

Характерным для открытого конфликта является акцентирование каждого элемента интонационной группы за счет использования ступенчатой шкалы. Открытый конфликт соотносится по своим просодическим характеристикам с просодической реализацией фазы пика конфликта и идентифицируется на фоне окружающего контекста по резкой смене тональных и темпоральных характеристик речи, по большому количеству интонационных повторов. Открытый конфликт маркирован высокой силой звукового давления (70–79 дБ), высокой скоростью речи (120 мс), членением высказывания на короткие интонационные группы и сверхкраткими паузами (50–70 мс). Просодии отводится ключевая роль в дифференциации обычного «сбоя» в коммуникации и конфликта
