Abstract

Relevance: in modern conditions of a rapidly changing social environment, inevitable changes are taking place within the system of internal affairs bodies, first of all, changes relate to managerial culture. It is impossible to ignore the fact that an active process of generational change is taking place in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia: people who have value attitudes in relation to their professional activities, which are strikingly different from the worldview attitudes of their predecessors, come to serve in the internal affairs bodies. Accordingly, for the competent implementation of personnel policy, it is necessary, among other things, to rethink the managerial culture in the system of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.
 Misunderstanding of the problem of transformation of managerial culture, based on the wrong belief in its insignificance, can ultimately lead to dysfunction of the internal affairs bodies, and, consequently, to the ineffectiveness of fulfilling the tasks facing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including the protection of public order and the fight against crime .
