Abstract

The article examines the development projects of the national organization of railway transport. It is shown that the current development program of JSC "Russian Railways" takes into account the key aspects reflected in the "Strategy for the Development of Railway Transport in the Russian Federation until 2030" adopted by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. A large place in the work is occupied by the analysis of the innovative development program, because the problems of providing transport and logistics, engineering and legal services of the company identified during the study require the introduction of modern methods and the search for effective tools to optimize key business processes. The research is conducted through the consideration of such problems as the achievement of industry development targets, the digitalization of business processes and the assessment of the sufficiency of the resource base in the context of ensuring innovation. The paper analyzes the program and strategy of innovative development of JSC "Russian Railways" for 2019-2021. It is noted that in the key documents of the company and the industry as a whole, there is a correlation between the projects accepted for implementation and industry priorities in the development of the economy. Based on the analysis of the key projects of JSC "Russian Railways", the feasibility of the economic development program is proved and the importance of achieving the cumulative effect of providing high-tech processes with digital solutions that allow effective management of available resources is determined in the article. This indicates the achievability of ensuring economic growth by increasing the innovativeness of both economic entities and the industry.
