Abstract
The numerical simulation of accident with uncontrolled withdrawal of the most efficient group of control and protection system control rods at the initial states of power levels less than minimum controlled power level were realized. Analysis of this accident were perfomed for different initial states of reactor: for critical state and for a few states with various values of subcriticality. Beginning and the end of cycle for first and stationary fuel loading were considered in calculations. All calculations were done for AES-2006 project reactor plant VVER. The most important results obtained from the multivariate calculations with various combinations of initial power level, value of subcriticality, group of control and protection system control rods, No. of fuel loading, moment of fuel cycle were analyzed in more details. Consequences on the calculation results were done in conclusions. Similarly practical significant recommendations for safety analyzes that may be used for complement traditional calculations for minimum controlled power level were proposed. The calculations were performed by KORSAR/GP code with three-dimensional model of neutron kinetics.
