Abstract

يتناول البحث العمد في مصر القديمة حتى نهاية الدولة الحديثة، ويهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على الإدارة في الريف المصري؛ وذلک باعتبار هذا المنصب حلقة الوصل بين الريف المصري والإدارة المرکزية، وقد اعتنى الملوک بهذا المنصب، لاسيما في متابعة ما يحتاجه أهل القرى من أمور تمکنهم من القيام بدورهم في زراعة أراضيهم، ومن ثم يتحقق الاستقرار والازدهار الداخلي، ومن أجل فرض الهيمنة على القرى وحکامها فرض الملوک العقوبات الصارمة ضد هؤلاء الحکام، وتعد عقوبة الضرب العقوبة الرئيسة ضد هؤلاء العمد. The research deals with Mayors in ancient Egypt until the end of the modern state, The research aims to shed light on management in rural Egypt ,This position is the link between the Egyptian countryside and the central administration The kings took care of this position, especially in following up on the things that the villagers needed to do their part in cultivating their land. Thus stability and prosperity are achieved and in order to impose hegemony on the villages and their rulers, the kings impose severe sanctions against these rulers and the punishment of beating is the main punishment against these mayors.
