Abstract

Abstract. This article presents the development of methodological support for the process of improving the efficiency of communication processes of the enterprise. Ensuring effective communications is a key prerequisite for improving the enterprise's strategic management processes in the information economy. The process of ensuring the efficiency of communications of the enterprise is structured. Performing diagnostics of communication processes is the basis for creating a single information space of the enterprise, which is formed with the help of appropriate means of construction and improving the efficiency of communications. The parameters of diagnostics of the enterprise communication system are revealed. It is stated that the communications of the enterprise are based on a certain system of values, which are present in the whole set of participating companies and which are manifested in the behavior of participants, their interaction, perception of themselves and the environment. These principles should take into account the mechanism of distribution of powers between participants, which can be expressed in functional, geographical, hierarchical differentiation, as well as differentiation by products and technologies. The basic means of ensuring the efficiency of enterprise communications have been systematized. The mechanisms of providing realization of means of construction and increase of efficiency of communication processes of the enterprise are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development of principles of corporate communication culture of the enterprise. The paper focuses on the fact that enterprise communications are based on a particular value system that is present in the entire set of participating companies and which are manifested in the participants' behavior, their interaction, perception of themselves and the environment. It is proposed to make a decision on the advisability of adjusting certain principles of corporate culture of the enterprise on the basis of a staff survey. In the article it is stated that as questions of the questionnaire there may be questions related to the estimation of the degree of achievement of parameters by the personnel of the enterprise. It is suggested that on the basis of the results of the questionnaire the manager makes a decision on the expediency of adjusting certain principles of corporate culture of the enterprise.
