Abstract

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively calculate the benefits of invigorating policy for physical education in school through CVM. In order to select the distribution of the amount to be used in the survey, a preliminary survey was conducted with 100 people, and the maximum amount of annual tax payable for the invigorating policy for physical education in school was investigated using an open-ended question method. This survey was conducted for a total of 649 people by randomly allocating all respondents to each suggested amount, and 45 people were confirmed to have responded with resistance. carried out. In this study, the Turnbull non-parametric estimation method was applied to estimate the WTP. As a result of the estimation, the annual amount of WTP per household for the invigorating policy for physical education in school was 15,820.7 won in the SBDC model and 16,889.5 won in the DBDC model, respectively. When this is reflected in the entire population, the annual total economic value of the invigorating policy for physical education in school is estimated to be approximately KRW 51.6 billion in the SBDC model and approximately KRW 55.1 billion in the DBDC model. The above amount can provide the following positive implications regarding the effectiveness and continuity of the project by comparing it with the actual cost of invigorating policy for physical education in school.
