Abstract
Modern enterprises are constantly forced to improve their activities. This requires the development of new technologies and techniques for doing business, improving the quality of the final results of activities and introducing new, more effective methods of management andorganization of enterprises. The analysis of existing methodologies for modeling business processes and software development models is carried out, based on which the company’s business processes arereengineered. The reorganization of the organizational structure of the computer company. Given the shortcomings of the functional structure of the organization, another form of employee subordination is proposed - matrix. The application of neural networks for solving many problems of game development, modeling and analysis of business processes “as is”, diagnostics of enterprise problems, modeling of business processes “as it should be”, a comparative analysis of projects in MS Project is carriedout. The manager of the department of artificial intelligence, which manages various areas of activity in the field of artificial intelligence, has been added to the organizational structure. The reorganization of the company's business processes is based on the Scrum and XPmethodology. The “as is” project has increased the load on programmers, this is due to the fact that more time is devoted to fixing errors after implementing the entire development process than afterimplementing each sprint while maintaining the same productivity of software development. The project “as it should be” increased the load on the artificial intelligence manager in accordance with the Scrum methodology. The result of the research is a set of business process models and recommendations for improving the enterprise.The practical value of the proposed study lies in the fact that based on the provided business process models, it becomes possible to create the most competitive computer game development company that will bring high profits and will be structurally and functionally correctly organized.
