Abstract
The research aims to identify the study of the efficiency of the housing function in the city of Fallujah and its problems, and to know its housing and population characteristics through the use of a number of criteria (population characteristics, occupancy rate, housing ownership, the nature of materials used in construction, the area of the housing unit and the number of floors, as well as the presence of the garage, home garden and design) to determine the extent The efficiency of the housing unit to create a healthy environment in the housing unit and its compliance with the standards in force locally, knowing the housing need, the number of existing housing units, the problems it faces in terms of infrastructure, economic and social problems, and making recommendations aimed at advancing the housing reality in the city, and thus the research took the following aspects. First: Population distribution and population density. Second: Characteristics of the housing unit in the city of Fallujah. Third: Residential regions in the city of Fallujah. Fourth: The reality of the problems of the residential job.
