Abstract
introduction. The premise of the proposed research is the ascertainment of the fact that the world cultural situation is currently undergoing radical changes, which, among other things, is accompanied by trends of both mass cultural transformations, the affirmation of modern values, and aspirations to preserve original cultural traditions. In these situations, quality requirements for the subjects of relevant cultural activity - primarily specialists in the field of culture and arts - are increasing. The purpose of the proposed study is to find out the level of compliance of modern national cultural and artistic education with international guidelines for the promotion of axiological approaches. Methods. Based on the theoretical nature of the presented research, general theoretical and analytical methods of scientific research, which have the potential to achieve the stated scientific goal, were used. Results. The content of international documents on the subject of promotion of the axiological approach was analyzed, as well as conceptual educational programs regulating the professional training of specialists in the field of culture and arts in Ukraine were examined for their compliance with international guidelines of a value nature. Originality. For the first time, a study of the presence of correlations between international guidelines for the promotion of axiological approaches and the national educational practice of their implementation, in particular in the process of professional training of future specialists in the field 02 "Culture and art", is proposed. Conclusion, It is shown that the recognition of the importance of value aspects is typical in international practice, as evidenced by the system of international legal acts, and an obvious contradiction has been established between international guidelines of a value nature and conceptual educational programs regulating the professional training of a specialist in the field of culture and arts in Ukraine. Considering the above, it is promising to involve the value provisions of international acts in the process of designing an axiological development environment as a means of forming the axiological competence of the future specialist in the field of culture and arts.
