Abstract
In the article the concept of «team», «creativity potential» are revealed. The team is seen as a dynamic social system that is in constant development, has a number of important characteristics. The peculiarities of formation of the student group, which is different from the other teams objectives, terms, content of the activity and its structure. For the production of new creative ideas in a creative team of students needs to be spontaneity, synchronicity, enough free behavior in the middle of the team, continuity, commitment, openness. Creating a creative group of students spontaneous, unobtrusive creation of conditions for personal growth and as a consequence – the formation of a Mature personality in the future. Important components of student's creative team are the formation of aesthetic tastes and organizational skills, the enrichment of intellectual potential. In most cases a participation in creative student groups is important elements of professional training of future professionals that will significantly increase the level of intellectual potential of national intelligence.
