Abstract

Interest in the problems of the article is caused by the increasing pace of digitalization and growing differences in the level of adaptation. This area is one of the most dynamically developing and, probably, therefore, at the moment, the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the regional heterogeneity of adaptation to the digitalization process have not been determined. This circumstance actualizes the research and the importance of developing assessment tools. This article presents an assessment of the heterogeneity of digitalization processes in terms of the use of indicators, on the one hand, the development of adaptation processes of digitalization (which are indicators and criteria for assessing the implementation of government programs and national projects), on the other hand, financial indicators aimed at the implementation of these programs and projects in the field of digitalization. It is expected that the results of the work will create the prerequisites for improving the directions and mechanism of state support for digitalization and reducing deficiencies in budgetary support that arise due to differences in the adaptation of regions.
