Abstract

In this paper we consider the problem of scheduling of loading material into a production machine for the manufacture of white sage: BS-50, BS-100, BS-120, R-175, U-333, in the following sequence, which allows the process of production packing tape to keep downtime to a minimum, i.e. the solution of the problem, to minimize the downtime of the filling machine, taking into account the restrictions arising from the manufacturing process for the production of white carbon black. These goals were n the basis of mathematical modeling methods, in particular, of the theory of schedules. The scheduling theory is the main method in the organization of the system for operative-calendar planning at industrial plants where the shop determines the productivity of the entire enterprise. This situation occurs at the enterprise JSC «Bashkir soda company» (JSC «BSC») in the production of white sage. On the basis of the resources of raw materials, the capacities of the host equipment, using appropriate mathematical methods, the optimal formulation range of white sage for a change and the sequence of production at a given range. Got that the optimal solution obtained from the solution of the second algorithm, where saving time is 115 minutes. On the basis of calculations the conclusion is made about the need to start treatment with white blacks having the highest production time, which will allow faster load operation of the filling machines. To finish the treatment should be soot marks BS-50 and BS-100, which will, in turn, significantly reduce the downtime. The application of the algorithm for calculating the sequence of production of white sage in the organization of production will allow to use the equipment, increase productivity, increase return on assets, volume of production and thus profits.
