وباء کورونا بمصر وانعکاسة على المواطنة الرقمية دراسة تطبيقية على شباب جامعة الاسکندرية

Abstract

بظهور وباء کورونا فرض على أفراد المجتمع بصفة عامة والشباب الجامعي بصفة خاصة أستخدام المواقع والوسائل الرقمية في معظم مجلات الحياة، وأن يصبح مواطنا رقميا وعلية تسعى الدراسة للوقوف على انعکاس وباء کورونا بمصر على المواطنة الرقمية من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على شباب کلية الآداب جامعة الإسکندرية، معتمدة في ذلک على نظرية الحرمان النسبي لـ کرسبي، وممارسات المواطنه الرقمية لـ مايک ريبل، ومن أهم ما توصلت الدراسة إليه أن وباء کورونا کان له انعکاس على الوصول الرقمي للخدمات التعليمية ومحو الأمية الرقمية، وأن محو الأمية الرقمية کان من خلال التمسک بالعامل البشري في المرتبة الأولي من خلال ألاستعانه بأحد الزملاء أو أحد من أفراد أسرته، أن وباء کورونا لم يکن له انعکاس على التجارة الرقمية، فالتجارة الرقمية کانت تستعين بالعامل البشري في تسليم وتسلم النقدية، کما أن فترة وباء کورونا انعکست بالسلب على الآداب والصحة والسلامة الرقمية، فأصبحوا يستخدمون الأجهزة الرقمية لاوقات کبيره بصفة عامة. the emergence of the Coronavirus pandemic forced the members of society in general, and the university youth in particular, to use digital sites and tools in most areas of life, and to become a digital citizen. Therefore, the study seeks to find out the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic in Egypt on digital citizenship through an applied study on the youth of the Faculty of Arts, University Alexandria, based on the theory of relative deprivation for Crispy as well as the practices of digital citizenship for Mike Ripple. One of the most important findings of the study is that the Coronavirus pandemic had an impact on the digital access to educational services and digital literacy. Digital literacy is done through the adherence to the human factor in the first place by depending on a colleague or a member of his/her family. In addition, the Coronavirus pandemic did not have an impact on digital trade as it relied on the human factor merely to deliver and receive cash. However, the Coronavirus pandemic period had a negative impact on Ethics, health and digital safety due to the excessive use of digital devices
