Abstract

メチルカ燦ン,アセチルカゼイン,ベンゾイルカゼイン,オキシプロトスルフオン酸,プロタルビン酸,蛋白の水による加壓分解物,蛋白の炭酸アンモンに依る加壓分解物等を製し,之等の各を單一の蛋白源として動物を飼育した處,何れも著しく蛋白としての效力を失つて居る事を實驗しその結果に就て考察を試みた.
