Abstract

In the article the issue of effective change management at enterprises, which is the current focus of the research of modern management, is studied. The necessity of changes under the influence of internal and external factors on the organization is considered. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of ongoing organizational changes are formulated. A scheme for the introduction of organizational changes at an enter- prise, the main objective of which is the assistance to organizations and managers in the achievement of competitiveness and performance through continuous introduction of organizational changes, is offered. The main reasons which cause the resistance to changes are examined.The conclusion of the work is that organizational changes at an enterprise are an integral part of or- ganizational process that ensure its development. Constant maintenance of enterprise performance at neces- sary level requires organizational changes, the implementation of which is to be effectively managed. Devel- oped recommendations allow enterprise management to make the right management decisions to improve the effectiveness of ongoing organizational changes. The proposed model of management by organizational changes at the enterprise is a set of interrelated and interdependent organizational procedures, which are implemented by methods of analysis and evaluation and determine the order of management activities re- garding organizational changes. The assessment of the staff readiness to changes, that allows to determine the causes and overcome the possible resistance on the part of employees is an important element of the de- veloped model.
