Based on the above research results, it was proposed to make compulsory risk management maintenance education taking into account the individual characteristics of workers in senior employment agencies, to establish a response TF team for each type of risky accident and to conduct case management, and to develop a customized risk management manual for senior employment agencies. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it provided basic data on risk accident awareness and risk management response of employees of an agency dedicated to senior citizens.
