Abstract

The article describes the developed structural-functional model of the preparation in higher pedagogical institutions of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT-specialties. The basis for the development of this model is the research of the essence and components of the readiness of the future teacher of informatics for the career guidance of pupils on IT-specialties. The basics, the main didactic requirements, the settings for the learning process, the implementation of which ensures its effectiveness are the principles of preparation of future teachers of informatics to career guidance the pupils on IT-specialty (the general principles and the special principles). Are defined stages of formation of readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT-specialties: the basic stage, the productive stage and the reflexive-correctional stage. The named stages are logically interconnected, each of them based on the results of the previous, broadens and deepens the knowledge, abilities and skills of students and complements them with new ones. The purpose, tasks and specificity of all stages of the preparation of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT-specialties are described. At each of the set stages are revealed ways of formation of motivational, cognitive, practical-activity, reflexive components of readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT-specialties. To check the readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT-specialty is made on the criteria (motivational, cognitive, practical-activity and reflective) and indicators, which are determined in accordance with the structural components of this readiness. The readiness of the future teacher of informatics to the career guidance of pupils on IT-specialty can be found on the initial, medium, sufficient or high levels. A diagnostic apparatus to determine the level of readiness includes observation, questionnaires, surveys, tests, analysis of products of cognitive activity of students, etc. Described in the article process of preparation of the future teacher of informatics to the career guidance of pupils on the ІТ-specialty, is reflected in the goal-setting, content-procedural and productive blocks of this model.
