Abstract

ملخص تمثلت تساؤلات الدراسة الحالية في : ما فعالية استخدام برنامج من خلال تطوير الممارسة العامة لتنمية المهارات النمائية لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة؟ هل برنامج الممارسة العامة للخدمة اجتماعية المقترح يؤدي إلى رفع مهارة الممارس العام في العمل کمدرب مهارات لذوي المشکلات النمائية؟ هل أسلوب البرنامج القائم على طريقة منتسوري يمکنه أن يحقق زيادة درجة الانتباه للأطفال ذوي نقص الانتباه؟ ما مدى نجاح الاخصائي الاجتماعي في العمل مع فريق تقديم الخدمة للأطفال ذوي نقص الانتباه؟ وتمثل نوع الدارسة في کونها دراسة تجريبية تستهدف التعرف على فاعلية برنامج من خلال تطوير الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية المهارات النمائية لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة. وکان منهج الدراسة المنهج التجريبي والذي يعتمد على استخدام تصميم لمجموعة الواحدة وهي المجموعة التجريبية من خلال تطبيق القياس القبلي عليها لمعرفة درجة نقص الانتباه ثم تطبيق برنامج للتدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية ثم تطبيق القياس البعدي عليها لمعرفة مدى زيادة الانتباه لدى أعضاء المجموعة التجريبية. وتم استخدام مقياس الانتباه في عملية القياس القبلي والبعدي. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة هو تحقيق أهداف برنامج التدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية في تنمية بعض المهارات النمائية لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة. الکلمات المفتاحية : الممارسة العامة ، المهارات النمائية ، اضطراب نقص الانتباه. Summary The current study questions are: 1- What is the effectiveness of using a program through developing generalist practice for developing developmental skills in pre-school children ? 2- Does the proposed generalist practice program of social work lead to raise the skill of the generalist practitioner in working as a skill trainer for people with developmental problems? 3- Can the program approach based on the Montessori method achieve increased attention score for children with attention deficit ? 4- How successful is the social worker in working with the service delivery team for children with attention deficit ? The type of study was represented in being an experimental study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a program by developing generalist practice of social work to develop developmental skills among pre-school children. The study method was the experimental one, which relies on the use of a single group design, which is the experimental group, by applying a pre-measurement to it to know the degree of attention deficit, then applying a professional intervention program from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work, and then applying a telemetry to it to find out the extent of increased attention among the members of the experimental group. Attention scale was used in the pre and post measurement process. Among the most important results of the study was the achievement of the aims of the professional intervention program from the perspective of generalist practice in social work in developing some developmental skills among pre-school children. key words : Generalist practice, developmental skills, attention deficit disorder.
