Abstract

In the context of the vast size of China, its diverse climate, the lack of implementation of mandatory standards, and the variability in greening effectiveness. This study hopes to assess the types of greenery and satisfaction of residents in residential areas, and thus provide suggestions for further improvements in greening effectiveness.BR This study investigates the evaluation of greening systems, satisfaction, and desired greening species by residents of residential areas in southwest China. It was concluded that there is still room for improvement in the greening system of residential areas in southwest China. Therefore, this thesis was conducted to address the current situation of greening in residential areas, to present the problem of satisfaction with greening in residential areas in southwest China, and to seek improvements in greening design.
