Abstract
In this article were reserved questions of professional selection and periodic mental and physical survey, impact of human factor to an accident. The analysis used in the Russian practice of hardware and software packages for professional selection. Proposed development of a universal software package, providing more capacity for work undertaken to assess the potential of employees, thus reducing the risk of danger and increase the level of security.
