Solaronics IRT is a specialist of Gas Infrared Dryer and Electric Infrared Dryer, and have developed and supplied UNIDRYER which is combination of Gas Infrared technology and Air Floata-tion technogy.UNIDRYER has air floatation nozzles right after Gas Infrared Emitter Modules, having very high evaporation rate up to 231 kg/m2 hr and very high energy efficiency in the range of 65% by utilizing a part of exhaust air from Gas Infrared Emitter Modules, containing very high energy. This is a ideal drying equipment which can dry 100% of coating color applied onto the web without temperature increase of the web and can minimize building space required for many zones of conventional air dryers.
