Abstract

The many years experience of energy inspecting had shown the actuality of saving heat energy problem. In line with the FZ-261 demands in now days the long term programs for increasing energy efficiency of oil-and-gas companies are created. One of mane streams of such programs is the powering and heat consumptions. Heat energy is one of energetic resources for oil-and-gas objects operating. The preponderance of heat is created by own sources of oil-and-gas enterprises. The many years experience of Russian oil-and-gas enterprises energy inspecting is classified in this article, the main reasons of heat systems low energy efficiency is regarded, some decisions for decreasing the heat discharge intensity are suggested. The principal directions of efficiency increasing ranging has been performed. As the main directions of efficiency increasing of heat systems the next items are described: the heat source and its loading optimization, the choice of the most effective method for heating the water for own administrative expenses, the schedule compliance of heating lines and source, the serviceability check and timely replacement of heat isolation, the heat isolation using for nonlinear particulars, the water flow distribution in according to the schedule of heating lines and source, the timely fundamental building renovation. Only schedule compliance of heating lines and source is the direction without any expenses. Other directions for of efficiency increasing of heat systems need some expenses, which pay for themselves according to the actual state of the heat system.
