Abstract
The article presents the results of research and phytososological analysis of the flora of the Cretaceous debris section of the right bank of the Oskil River in the Dvořichanskiy district of the Kharkiv region (Ukraine). On the explored territory it is proposed to create a regional botanical reserve Zapadne. The unique natural groups of Cretaceous outcrops were recorded on the explored territory, among which the Androsace koso-poljanskii Ovcz., Hyssopus cretaceus Dubjan, Linum ucranicum (Griseb. Ex Planch.) Czern. Were introduced into the Green Book of Ukraine. The flora of the examined area has at least 72 species of vascular plants belonging to 24 families. According to the results of the phytososological analysis, it has been determined that 31% (22 species) of the total number of the recorded species of vascular plants need protection, which is a high indicator of the rarity value of the flora. Recorded growth of the investigated territory 22 rare and endemic plant species. The European Red List is protected by four species: Androsace koso-poljanskii Ovcz., Hyssopus cretaceus Dubjan., Scrophularia cretacea Fisch. ex Spreng., Silene cretacea Fisch. ex Spreng.; 10 species are listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine (2009): Androsace koso - poljanskii Ovcz.; Diplotaxis cretacea Kotov; Hyssopus cretaceus Dubjan.; Koeleria talievii Lavrenko; Linaria cretacea Fisch. ex Spreng.; Onosma tanaitica Klokov; Scrophularia cretacea Fisch. ex Spreng.; Scutellaria creticola Juz.; Silene cretacea Fisch. ex Spreng.; Stipa capillata L. In addition, one rare species - Genista tanaitica P. Smirn., is currently not protected by any list because it was excluded from the Red Data Book of Ukraine, edited in 2009.
