Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between physical self-efficacy and psychological well-being through the enjoyment of the elderly"s participation in sports, and to present the basis for active participation in sports activities of the elderly in the future. The elderly who participated in sports were selected as subjects for the study. As for the sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted using the convenient sampling method. A total of 341 data were used for actual analysis. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis of collected data, and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model were used. The conclusions obtained through the analysis are as follows: First, it was found that the fun factor of the elderly who participated in physical activity had a significant positive (+) effect in part on physical self-efficacy. Second, it was found that the fun factor of the elderly who participated in physical activity had a significant effect on psychological well-being. Third, it was found that the physical self-efficacy of the elderly who participated in sports activities had a significant positive (+) effect on psychological well-being.
