Механізм розробки стратегій логістики машинобудівного підприємства.

Abstract

The article proved that business logistics system needs to be supported for the development of machine building in Ukraine. In today's market conditions, after the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, the ability of enterprises to respond quickly and flexibly to market demands is of great importance. Industrial enterprises need to develop the ability to respond quickly to changes in the external environment, to create products that outstrip customers' demands. The lack of a systematic approach to the study of stream processes leads to inobservance of production time, the reduction in production and sales due to unproductive equipment, and, accordingly, the financial results become worse. The methods of crisis management include logistics. To determine the main directions of development of an enterprise, the choice of the system of stock supply is important: either with a fixed size of the supply batch or with a fixed frequency of stock supply. Strategic solutions in the field of logistics are aimed at optimizing the material flows of the economic system. Particular attention should be paid to the definition and grouping of logistics costs. The integration of the supply chain is a process of achieving a coherent interaction between their units based on the mutual interest of the parties. In order to make strategic decisions in the field of inventory and storage management, it is first necessary to determine the choice of material flow management system. An algorithm of constructing logistics system and an algorithm of supply chain design at machine building companies are revealed.
