Abstract

The purpose of the article is to consider the application of the author's model of modernization of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into account regional characteristics. Establishing relationships between the management mechanism of a municipality and a region requires the use of an integrated approach that contributes to the modernization of this process in accordance with the principles and factors of digital development of the environment. The conceptual approach is a tool that allows, on the one hand, to modernize the management mechanism of a municipality according to a given algorithm, and on the other hand, it contributes to assessing the current state of functioning of the studied territories. Research methodology: the author uses the method of theoretical foundations in identifying the features of the conceptual approach in the issue of modernizing the management mechanism of a municipality. A modeling method in the process of applying a conceptual approach to the modernization of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into account regional characteristics, as well as methods for data differentiation and quantitative assessment. As a result, the author's model of the conceptual approach to the modernization of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into account regional development, was formed. Indicators for assessing the management mechanism are proposed to simulate the model of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into account the regional characteristics of the development of these territories.
