Abstract
The proposed study guide is devoted to the implementation of scientific legal activity and the preparation of a master's thesis in legal sciences. Particular attention in the manual is paid to such aspects of scientific research in the field of jurisprudence as the methodology of legal research, planning of scientific research, compiling a review of the literature on the topic of the dissertation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the problems of legal regulation, as well as to the features of the analysis of legal practice, which is necessary for performing legal research.
