Abstract

The article focuses on the development of in secondary schools providing with the definitions of culture and organizational culture. The study regards as a phenomenon aimed at addressing spiritual and material needs of humanity. The mission of school as a special case is to address spiritual and needs of the members of the school community, including the need for cohesiveness, involvement in the world progress, the welfare of the state, etc. Organizational has two forms: static and dynamic. The static form of reveals its present level and ensures its further development, while the dynamic form is manifested in the ability to react to changes that take place in the objective reality. Three main groups of approaches to the formation of in secondary schools have been identified. The article analyzes the influence of external and internal factors on the process of formation and development of in secondary comprehensive schools. The formation of has its own features. The researchers determine two ways of its formation: unconscious and purposeful. Such principles of development of as universality, accessibility, respect for individual, personal and school culture; reasonableness, approachability of the main goals and values of are investigated. The authors have discovered the following characteristics of the in secondary comprehensive schools: dynamism, informality, heterogeneity and adaptability. The authors single out four stages of formation of the in secondary comprehensive schools. The results of the investigation are likely to help school administration to form the of the establishment.
