Abstract
Making decisions based on the results of the assessment of product quality is an urgent task of product quality management, as it requires, focusing on the available resources, to decide which indicator to improve and which not. The more criteria are taken into account at the stage of product quality assessment, the more resources need to be considered when making decisions. The development of a way to visualize the area of admissible solutions in the presence of more than ten indicators of product quality is one of the ways to solve this problem. The paper proposes a methodology for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making when solving the problem of improving the assessment of product quality by applying a visualization model of the area of admissible solutions, based on the optimal assessment of product quality, in addition, a method for identifying resources related to quality indicators is given. The proposed methodology expands the existing decision-making methods in the field of quality management and is new.
