Abstract

The research of parameters of heart rate variability among respondents with different levels of motor activity was conducted. The investigation determined the reaction of cardiovascular system to physical activity, which gives the opportunity to recommend the alterations of the way of life and the nature of the training. The direct relationship between the level of motor activity and cardiac activity regulation among students is shown. It was determined that the indicators of the adequacy of the regulation processes at rest and after the physical activity of respondents in the third group (the lowest level of motor activity) were the highest, as well as indicators of the vegetative equilibrium index, indicating a decrease in the activity of the parasympathetic and humoral circuits of the regulation of the heartbeat in the groups. It is concluded that a systematic lack of motor activity (hypokinesia - lack of muscular movements, hypodynamia - lack of physical stress) leads to a corresponding negative shift in the balance of vegetative regulation towards sympathetic action. Key words: motor activity, cardiac rhythm variability, cardiovascular system, vegetative regulation, hypodynamia, lifestyle, physical activity, voltage index.
