Abstract

Importance The article describes the development of municipalities as key elements of regional economic infrastructures. It is shown that in the development of cluster activities and processes of inter-regional cooperation, the role and importance of municipalities and administrative structures in them is defined as the need for improving the procedures of the state. It was determined that the targets set are used in planning the development of municipalities should include sections on the proportionate accounting of human capital and the possible consequences of participation in the cluster structures. Objectives Formation of a globalized economy poses problems for the development of spatial relationships between macro-regions. The objectives of the development of the municipality in this way is to be able to participate in inter-regional cooperation. The most promising form of cooperation in the development of cluster compounds. It is advisable to allocate the strategic aspects of the implementation of cluster structures and to identify the possibility of participation of the individual municipalities with the justification criteria for admissibility of such participation. MethodsяThe basis of the analysis of cluster structures in the municipalities applied analytical methods of research, along with the ranking and predictive models of a strategic nature. Results The structure of the cluster development of the municipality goes beyond the administrative jurisdiction covers a range of social, economic, and technological processes that make up what is called urbanization. It was revealed that the conditions for the development are concentrated in well-defined areas, there are significant socio-economic changes in the whole society. Conclusions and Relevance The idea of placing the cluster facilities in the municipalities quite correct, as calls for the creation of regional clusters of municipalities, which are supported by a one.
