Abstract

Importance The article describes the development of municipalities as key elements of regional economic infrastructures. It is shown that in the development of cluster activities and processes of inter-regional cooperation, the role and importance of municipalities and administrative structures in them is defined as the need for improving the procedures of the state. It was determined that the targets set are used in planning the development of municipalities should include sections on the proportionate accounting of human capital and the possible consequences of participation in the cluster structures. Objectives Formation of a globalized economy poses problems for the development of spatial relationships between macro-regions.
